Jonny is the musical alterego of South African-born, Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist, Jean-Louise Parker.

Parker has spent most of her 15 years in the music industry performing with others, as trusty sidekick to many touring artists. She is currently a touring member of Lucy Kruger And The Lost Boys, Eilis Frawley, Lucas Laufen, Minru, and also has two collaborative projects, dream pop band Academie with husband Alex Parker, as well as a new indie art pop project, Crow Baby.

Jonny is a deeply personal solo project. Armed with drony viola loops and dreary guitar, the songs range from post-apocalyptic lullabies to quirky ballads, all drenched in melancholy, tragedy and reverb.

Jonny's debut EP, 'Exoskeleton', was released in December 2024, accompanied by a string of live performances across Europe and South Africa in November 2024 and 2025.

Currently on tour with Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys to promote their new album, 'Pale Bloom', Jonny plays a complementary support set at select shows, before work on her debut LP will commence in April 2026.
